1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdromey platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

bdromey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

Access to bdromey is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. bdromey implements KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures, and any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all associated funds will be returned to the depositing payment method, and the account will be permanently closed without further recourse.

Registration Requirements

To create a bdromey account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active bdromey account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all but the original account will be closed and any bonus winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

KYC Verification

All players are required to complete KYC identity verification before processing significant withdrawals. KYC requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — either your National Identity Card (NID) or your passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership may be requested at bdromey's discretion. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until the process is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdromey login credentials — your username and password. bdromey will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any request for your password purporting to come from bdromey, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Two-Factor Authentication

bdromey offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account settings. When activated, a one-time PIN is sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device. This provides a critical additional layer of protection beyond your password alone.

Unauthorised Access

You must notify bdromey immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via the live chat available in the platform or at [email protected] (plain text — do not use mailto links). bdromey will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending resolution.

bdromey accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses caused by sharing your credentials with a third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Sharing

Your bdromey account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use another person's account on their behalf. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

bdromey supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your bdromey balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid out exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit — bdromey does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, third-party mobile numbers, or payment methods not previously used to fund the account.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing bank.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays on withdrawal requests above the threshold amount defined in the current KYC policy.
• bdromey reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-detection thresholds, which may extend processing times temporarily.

Currency and Exchange

All balances on the bdromey platform are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdromey does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is neither required nor available on this platform.

Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been deducted from your mobile wallet or bank card, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. bdromey will investigate and, where the deduction is confirmed, credit your account accordingly or coordinate a refund within a reasonable timeframe. bdromey accepts no liability for delays caused by failures in third-party payment provider infrastructure, including bKash, Nagad, or banking systems.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

bdromey offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bdromey bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdromey platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances (where legally permitted), and reporting to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is identified.

Prohibited Actions

• Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one bdromey account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent platform access controls.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including but not limited to: chargebacks, payment fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.

• Engaging in money laundering or using the bdromey platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Abusing bdromey staff, engaging in threatening or harassing behaviour via any communication channel.

Account Closure by bdromey

bdromey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if prohibited conduct is identified, suspected, or confirmed following investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or identity falsification, outstanding balances may be forfeited. In all other cases of involuntary closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bdromey support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Limitation of Liability
